Feedback from 2016 and 2017 Family Satisfaction Surveys
Unity Family Services, Inc. believes that the best indication of improvement in a client or family’s situation is from their personal feedback. We ask all of our clients to complete a consumer satisfaction survey at the end of their treatment.
